The $43 million waterslide, named Emerald Plunge, has an 80-foot drop, which is about three stories. While this slide sounds exhilaration, there are obviously some details that need to be fixed.

KTRK reports that the boy was hospitalized afterwards and is expected to be okay. He suffered from some scratches, which he received when he flew over the side of the slide and skid across the concrete.
