After the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, the gun control debate has taken on a whole new intensity. Liberals want to raise the minimum age to buy guns and ammo plus they want to ban a number of types of guns, while conservatives say these will not solve the situation. President Trump is pushing a measure to allow teachers and faculty to be trained, receive their conceal carry permits and carry a gun with the at school so they can be the immediate first responders.

Of course, the media is against arming teachers because that goes against their agenda to ban as many guns from as many people and locations as possible, so they are focusing their attention on teachers who are opposed to be armed, such as this liberally anti-gun biased post.

(Sun Sentinel) – As public and political debate swirls around the possibility of arming teachers, Broward County educators visited the South Florida Sun Sentinel on Thursday to voice their opposition to such a plan.

What this post and many others like won’t tell you is that there are many teachers who do want to be trained and armed so they can protect your kids. When Ohio legalized the arming of teachers and faculty several years ago, the official training centers were inundated with requests and soon found themselves with over a thousand teachers and school faculty members on waiting lists.
