The New Yorker dropped a story in late September about the second woman to accuse SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual harassment.

Her name is Deborah Ramirez. She says Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a Yale party more than 30 years ago.

The FBI has actually spoken with Ramirez in their investigation into the judge.

Now, it is being reported that Ramirez is either lying or suffering from a case of mistaken identity.

Here’s why…

BREAKING: A classmate of Kavanaugh’s at Yale has sent a tip into the Senate Judiciary Committee identifying a fraternity brother known for exposing himself as the likely boy who exposed himself to Debbie Ramirez

In other words, it probably wasn’t Kavanaugh.

More on Ramirez, from New York Post:

The FBI on Sunday interviewed Brett Kavanaugh accuser Deborah Ramirez as part of its extended probe into the sex-assault allegations against the US Supreme Court nominee, according to reports.

Ramirez spent several hours with FBI agents and repeated her claim that Kavanaugh exposed himself to her during a college party at Yale University years ago, CNN said. She also provided the names of people she says witnessed the sexual misconduct.

Kavanaugh has vehemently denied the allegation, as well as others against him.

President Trump asked the FBI on Friday to open the probe and said a day later that the investigators will have “free rein” during it.

But White House counselor Kellyanne Conway said Sunday that the investigation, capped at a week, wouldn’t be a “fishing expedition’’ — and sources told CNN and NBC that the White House is directing the probe and has given the FBI the names of only four individuals to interview, at least for now.

The FBI will only question people the White House instructs it to speak with, former FBI Assistant Director Ron Hosko noted to CBS.

Either way, the probe will not investigate broader claims that Kavanaugh drank to the point of blacking out as a young man, nor some of his high-school yearbook entries that allegedly indicated crude attitudes toward women, both CNN and NBC reported.

In addition to Ramirez, the FBI is slated to speak with Kavanaugh’s Georgetown Prep buddies Mark Judge and P.J. Smyth and old female pal Leland Keyser, according to the reports.

Kavanaugh’s first accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, has said the trio were at a high-school party where, she alleges, he nearly raped her about 36 years ago. Judge was in the room and watched the attack, she testified.
